Phosphatidylserine or PS has become a popular supplement in the past few years. It is a necessity for proper brain functions. PS is popular because of its ability to improve mental capacity, improve memory, and hopefully lower your cortisol levels.

That can get very pricey for any bodybuilders interested to try the product. It usually will take a lengthy period of time for benefits to be seen with this compound. You will not feel it and it won’t work quickly.

Are there any side effects with phosphatidylserine? There can be some. With some nausea could creep in and some users complain of having sleeping issues while using this product. The jury is still out on phosphatidylserine’s effectiveness as a bodybuilding supplement. Some users think it is a great product, while others like myself, are not sure if it is a beneficial supplement to use. If you are interested in taking phosphatidylserine for its bodybuilding benefits, be aware that you will be spending a good amount of money to see benefits.
